Description: Most people do not wake up running 5:00 min miles. You think if you run more that you will eventually get faster. That is not always the case. Increasing your speed can come down to small tweaks in your form, proper mechanics, and drills. In Rare Form, Tom Brumlik, Maddie Kopp, Edose Ibadin of District Track Club will breakdown proper running form, demo drills and cues, and discuss with the group various ways to help increase speed in their running journeys.
Participants should come dressed to participate in form drills and prepare any relevant questions in advance.
