Recovery Workshop | Animal Flow: Making Power Moves

About this Event:
Animal Flow with Jordan Coburn will take your mobility game up a notch with creative drills targeting major joints in the body, athletic three-dimensional stretching techniques, and simple functional movements to strengthen and mobilize the body. Every movement in the session has a specific function and helps increase blood flow to tense areas, power, and neuromuscular development. Level up with us and make these move power moves!

Participants should come dressed to work out.

Jordan Coburn is the owner of REVIV Movement, a movement based recovery business based in Atlanta, GA. Hailing from New York, Jordan was track and field athlete from middle school all the way through college at Claflin University, a division II program. After graduation, he returned to New York to foster his dream of coaching track and field at his old high school. During this time, Jordan was introduced to the practice of yoga and became an instructor, sharing the practice with his athletes to help with their performance. Shortly after, Jordan enrolled in massage therapy school and focused exclusively on sports massage therapy. Upon completing that program, he has found a way to bring all of those worlds together and has incorporated his diverse skills into his current business at REVIV Movement. Jordan travels the world teaching movement and recovery, guiding clients through their recovery process. He currently runs with the Atlanta Run Club and the Boost Run Club affiliated with Adidas.
