Yoga oftentimes gets a bad rep in the running community, but establishing a practice might just get you to a new PR if done consistently. Breath of Fresh Air with Brandon Copeland will breakdown: 1) beginner level yoga poses that aid in the loosening critical joint areas and lengthen muscles commonly used by runners; and 2) the classic yogic Pranayama breathing technique that will help expand your lung capacity and oxygen intake while on the run.
