Runners are known for their impressive endurance, but do the two hour long runs and stretching alone help us get to our peak level of fitness or are we cheating ourselves? The Recipe with Percell Dugger is an interactive informational session that will equip you with the knowledge to perform a self assessment, and build your own performance training program for your next race. The workshop will focus on empowering attendees with the same research based information that has helped Percell become one of the most knowledgeable performance coaches in the industry. Percell will teach you how to get faster, stronger and run harder with less pain. Be ready to put in some sweat equity and learn from one of the best in the industry. We'll see you at wrk!

About Instructor | Percell Dugger MS, CSCS, PES, FRC

A product of Brooklyn NY, Percell Duggar is one of the top wellness entrepreneurs in the industry. Aside from founding the GOODWRK brand, Percell has served as New York City’s Jordan Brand Trainer since 2016, as well as a Group Fitness Instructor at WeWork since 2019. During college basketball season Coach P has the distinction of being the Head Strength and Conditioning Coach and Director of Player Development for the College of Mount Saint Vincent Dolphins Women’s Basketball team. When he isn’t in the gym working with athletes, or training clients at WeWork, his expertise is being called upon to contribute to health and sports related editorial content for some of the top media publications such as Huffington Post, ESPN’s The Undefeated, Askmen and GOALCAST to name a few.
