Join us Tuesday, September 24th at DRC HQ! It’s not everyday that runners discover “muscles they didn't know existed”, but when they trade running shoes for the ballet barre, things can get interesting. Barre None with Whitley Miller (@healing_barre) is a unique full body experience that combines elements of yoga, pilates, ballet technique and weight training to create a low impact, high intensity workout. The class will focus on isometric movements, foot strength and much more to aid runners’ ability to improve core stability, endurance, flexibility and build small and large muscle strength. If you’re looking shake things up in your training and finally get the keys to that lean physique you’ve been waiting for, say less. Be in the building for this one! This Tuesday! The Recipe with Percell Dugger of GOODWRK. Runners are known for their impressive endurance, but do the two hour long runs and stretching alone help us get to our peak level of fitness or are we cheating ourselves? The Recipe with Percell Dugger (@good.wrk) is an interactive informational session that will equip you with the knowledge to perform a self assessment, and build your own performance training program for your next race. The workshop will focus on empowering attendees with the same research based information that has helped Percell become one of the most knowledgeable performance coaches in the industry.
