and sneakerheads in their grails.

Different rituals. One tribe.

RULES AND SAFETY GUIDELINES

    • Before the Run: Arrive early, check in, listen to pre-run announcements, and line up with your appropriate pace group.

    • During the Run:

      • Run on the correct side of the street/path as directed by the group lead.

      • Be mindful of traffic, pedestrians, and other runners.

      • Use respectful language and personal space with fellow runners.

      • Notify a run leader if someone needs help or falls behind.

    • After the Run: Cool down, socialize respectfully, and thank your pacers and volunteers.

  • Each run, introduce yourself to at least 2 people in your pace group. In the unfortunate event something were to happen while hitting the pavement, its important someone knows your name. And why not get to know a couple new people?!

  • Please listen to the run captains call outs and instructions. We obey traffic laws and run on sidewalks. Please also be aware of your surroundings and the people running with you. Be respectful to pedestrians walking and sharing the sidewalks and bike lanes.

  • We love seeing your pets at our runs and welcome them to join the community.

To keep everyone safe and comfortable:

    • All pets must be leashed at all times.

    • Please be mindful that while your dog may be friendly, not everyone may feel the same.

    • When running in group formation, we ask that you position yourself toward the back of the pack when possible.

    • Keep your pet close and prevent jumping, lunging, or aggressive behavior toward runners, pedestrians, or other pets.

We know you love your pet — and we’d love to love them too, even if it’s from a respectful distance.

Let’s keep our runs safe, smooth, and enjoyable for everyone.
